i know there is obv a lot could be said about his out of the ring behavour ,no one condon that at all.

however i moss watching him fight. Some of his fights were just brilliant to wATCH.hIS BRAWLER STYLE GAVE VALUE FOR MONEY for the paying punters.

He was sometimes outclassed and fro sports network fighter he did get some decent opponents (and some **** ones like william estrada).my fav fights he was involved ins wayne McCullough,Victor Polo (althought i fought he just edged that) and remeber he retired Michael Brodie (remeber his fight with injun chi and the mix up with the points)

but as a ascottish fight fan i do miss him ,i htink he could have gone further tbh .

Yup he was good to watch at times. Not quite championship class but certainly a solid fighter who demanded respect. Great chin & engine. Shame he went off the rails.

None more so than when catching his eye in a bar after he's sunk two bottles of whisky.

Yep. He is your stereotypical Scotsman.

i think on the day he just wasent 100 percent .he had the same sort of fight against victor polo ...

i think in his prime he could have beat naseem .i think if he was fired up he wouldbe too much for naseem to handle

It's hard to say what fights Scottie was 100% focussed for. Certainly when he was focussed he was a match for anyone. He would have been scotland's greatest ever fighter.

    What a mess.

Nothing imo, he just got outboxed. He was a bit like Hatton in the ring and that's why, along with going the wbo route, I never took to him, one of these guys who can drain weight well and end up twice the size of his opponent on fight night (curse you day-before weigh ins!). He was very strong and durable but his boxing skills weren't world class. Beat Medina in the rematch by roughing him up, loads of rabbit punches, a few low blows, lot's of pushing and shoving and being allowed to get away with it. Brodie showed a little in the start of their fight to suggest a less shop worn version would have given Harrison a lot more trouble. Conversly, I was one of the seemingly few who thought he beat polo. I personally don't miss him.
