    How did it work out for him?

    Blew up in his face, tarnished his reputation and may land him in jail.

    He got too caught up in fame and did more talk and cherry picking than fighting the best out there to earn respect.
    Maybe he could have beat them or maybe not but it don't count unless you get in the ring and since he never got in the ring with anybody great at their peak look what it has come to.
