We can talk about Money Mayweather and Pacman, but RJJ was just awesome. To all of those boxing historians has Roy Jones ever fought a more perfect fight than the Vinny Paz fight? Roy's speed, power and ability to excite the crowd were there, but I've never seen his jab and it was a thing of beauty. I believe it was perhaps his finest performance ever considering that he was very technical and flashy at the same time. He fought inside, utilize his jab etc.

You know he's a former lightweight, right? Good performance but a soft opponent for Jones really.

I have a bunch of idiots coming to my post. I'm never been a super pro abortion advocate, but the two of you make a strong case for it.

I never said it was his best opponent. Read the post, I said it was his best overall performance IMO because he utilized all of his weapon, highting his jab.

Perhaps I need to post at a different time, People don't see to read during this time. Obviously, I know who Jones is and the "I musta forgot" was a reference to his rap song. Read the post slowly and you will understand what I was writing. I don't recall RJJ ever using his jab which is why I say it was one of his best overall performances IMO not his best opponent.

Yeah man roy was the most exciting fighter ever to me. People always say he never fought anyone, but he beat b-hop when hop had more fights than him, he was the 1st to beat & dominate james toney.. Roy was the p4p king & in his prime would have beaten anyone from 154-175. He would beat most by a comfortable margin in my opinion..you can say his chin is trash now, but in his prime, nobody was ****ing with roy.. Bottom line up front..

& in regards to the fight with paz.. Who cares if he was a former lightweight? He felt he had a real chance to beat roy & stepped up. It just so happens that he found out that he probably should have stayed a lightweight because roy whipped his ass so bad.. I mean he went an entire round & didn't even touch roy.. Vinny paz was a formidable opponent, but like roy said "they said i never fought anybody, but i just made em look like nobody"...
