I can. RDJ and Brighton Bomber are good resources too.

Beware that on here everyone is going to tell you to eat a ton of protein and lift weights.

Or you could just take Amy's advice, probably a better idea.

Depends. How much are you trying to lose and how soon?

Take a good note of what you are eating now. (like write down everything you eat for a week or so)

    Eat less that that.
Either maintain, or preferably, increase your activity.

    You WILL lose weight.

If you eat lots of sugar and processed foods, cutting that out will help even more.

    Breakfast

I have 2 eggs with brown toast or porridge

    Lunch

Mixed beans, tomato based sauce or homemade dressing, with chicken or tuna, broccoli, cauliflower peas

    Dinner

Leafy salad with chicken or lean steak

I also run three times a week, bike 20+ miles a week, do light weights and do muay thai twice a week,

I have gone from 18 1/2 stone to 14 1/2 in about a year or so. Stepping up the excersise and adding a bit or pasta in on big work out days for lunch.

Dont have massive diners, eat healthy snacks eg: Fruit, nuts, ect... avoid processed food as much as you can, buy fresh products, after a big meal DONT LIE INFRONT OF THE TV! have a coffee(NO SUGAR) and go for a walk/run whatever but stay active thats what food is for, you dont fill your car with gas to leave it in the garage... try not to have massive diners, try to have smaller meals and spread them out so that you release energy slowly and constantly through out the day. And train and train and train! cardio and healthy food is the key! Healthy food more than cardio i think....
