A lot of people are pointing out that Ward has an advantage because all of his fights are in the USA.

My question is... are all of his fights going to be in Oakland, California? If they are, then yes that is a huge problem.

If not, then I don't see much of a big deal... he is scheduled to fight Taylor, and Dirrell in stages 2 and 3. They are all American, so where else would they fight. As long as they don't fight in Cali there is no "hometown" advantage.

the sites have not been decided. And yea, the morons don't seem to realize that his next two are against Americans, so where the **** do they want the fights to take place?

Wouldn't be surprised if at least one happens in Oakland, though. Money talks and Ward is obviously a big time draw in the Bay Area.

He'll fight against Dirrell and Taylor, I hope Taylor gets to fight somewhere near his hometown next.

Yeah, that's what I was getting at. The Taylor fight can be in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, or Loisianna and Taylor will have more of an advantage. Same with Dirrell and the east coast.
