What is a good pair of gloves that protect the hands well? I am looking for something for sparring that is firm on the outside, yet lots of foam to protect the hand.

I looked at winning cause I saw a thread about them but I think they are out of my price range.

Good boxing gloves can be a bit expensive. But try the Cleto Reyes gloves, Twins gloves, or the Everlast Gloves. They are some of the best gloves out there.

then i suggest you go for ringisde, i bought a few pairs of ringsides (expensive to ship to the uk!) and they are great!

they are well worth the money, with great protection, you guys are lucky good gloves dont cost too much in the US.

I would recommend Ringside gloves, the quality stuff. Usually only 50 dollars or so, more with shipping. They're good and will last a while.

I got title 16oz training gloves and love them. Been beating the snot out of them for a few months now and they're still good. relatively cheap too.
