    circuit training

    Jumping jacks x 30 seconds
    squat jumps x 30 seconds
    clap pushups x 30 seconds
jump rope sprints x 30 seconds
    burpees x 30 seconds

    that sort of thing.
The circuit I listed is quite difficult for a beginner.

    One I did yesterday:

    10 burpees
    30 sledgehammer swings
    30 seconds jump rope sprints
    10 dumbell swings per arm

    x 3

Neck training would be neck bridges, or if you have a neck harness use that.
Grip would be pinching something heavy for time, suspending it in the air, sledgehammer levering, that sort of thing. Knuckle pushups and finger pushups help too

medicine ball is very useful for circuit training
you can twist it like throwing a hook, then try throwing it straight.
