Assuming this is a serious video your shadow boxing is really poor. Defensively there is no head movement and your guard is awful. It should be tighter to your body and not out wide like chicken wings because currently you are wide open to the body. Also when you are shadow boxing you can’t just suddenly stop still. The whole point is to simulate a round of boxing. If you aren’t fit enough to do it for a full 2 or 3 minutes without stopping work on your fitness. You stop like that in sparring and you get knocked spark out. Can’t comment on the kicks because I don’t know **** about kicking.
