Hi guys, I'm new on this forum and I would like to get some help on my boxing routine, my english might not be as great because I'm brazilian.. anyway I go to work 7 am and go back 1:30pm, I go to university 6:20pm and go back 10:00pm, so I train only in the afternoon, 3 times a week on the gym doing mitts, spar, heavy bag and stuffs and 3 times a week I run, the only problem is the gym is open just in the days I go there, then the rest of the week I have to train on my own, so I'm asking some tips to what I can do when I'm not on the gym in the rest of the week.. btw I'm Pablo, nice to meet you all :bbb
    Thanks a lot!

if you are training at home you can warmup, do lot of shadow boxing and finish training with some strength excercises and stretching

    http://www.speedbagforum.com/timer.html

i have home made double end bag and slip bag, so my training is

    warmup (10-15min)
4 rounds slip bag (doing shadow when slipping)
    6 rounds double-end
    2 rounds slip
strength ex (sometimes with dumbells, sometimes plyo)

if i dont have much time, i do strength in the 1min rest between rounds, usually pushups and abs with claps, squats and burpees or some core excercises, every rest i do f.e. 10 pushups and 10 abs, and next rest i change it, there is no time for more. I also heard that such way isn`t healthy enough but **** it. This would take 1 hour, with strength after boxing it takes 1 hour and 20-30 minutes with stretching after strength.

If you dont have equipment you can do lot of things with timer and just shadowboxing, with intervals you can do speed, changing paces etc.. welcome to forum and have fun!

Welcome to ESB Pablo :D ! Well all i suggest right now is go to the gym and much as you can which you are already doing. At home work on fitness, search on the net different excercises for everything, do lots of running but don't work on technique on your own especially if your new to Boxing cause that can lead to ALOT of bad habits in the future (no not smoking or drugs) so just do any fitness training you can think of.
