Can you please give me some Do's and Dont's for increasing my stamina. More Cardiovascular, although I do get muscle fatigue as well. But I gas out before my muscles get fatigued for the most part.

Scratch that, I looked it up. I do that, I sprint a round on the treadmill then rest a minute and then repeat.
a few examples.... burpees 30 secs jumping jacks 30 secs jump rope(fast) 30 secs shadow boxing (fast pace) 30 secs repeat 5 times with no rests ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ sprint 200 meter perform 10 burpees and 20 press ups take a minute rest and repeat 8 or 9 times ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ burpees 30 secs push ups 30 secs squats 30 secs sit ups 30 secs take 30 sec break repeat 5 times ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 100 jump rope turns (fast) 10 burpees 10 press ups 10 squats repeat 10 times without a break. get the picture? use your imagination.
Thanks man. My stamina has gotten better but I ALWAYS feel like I'm gassing or preserving myself so I don't gas in sparring. Don't be ****ing wise ass either, I'll cyber-smack the **** out of your little ass :yep :deal
Another good one for shadow-boxing is: Shadow box a round but during the round do the 1st 30 secs at a normal pace, next 30 secs at 100%, then next normal, then next 100%
don't just stick to the examples, make a few up, just put a few exercises together and perform them for a set time. here is a great one from rosstraining.com ..... this one really tests your will, i substitute the pull up with jump rope since i can't do too many.
that reminds me of a great jump rope drill we do at the gym... 15 secs sprints 15 secs doubles 15 secs sprints 15 secs doubles 18-22 sets, for the first 12 sets take 30 seconds rest after each set, and then after that take 15 seconds rest for the remainder, perform them with as much intensity as possible.
My trainer has me do this, I just didn't know it was called Interval training....but I should have put the two together :nut I'll do 30 sec Body shots on padded pole 30 sec (not sure what its called, but jump over pad back and forth) 30 sec sprint 30 sec bike rest - repeat I'm definitely gonna do that workout on my off day that youi just posted and let you know how I do Hopefully I'll get through it. :deal
By doubles, you mean two touches between rope rotation (or) two rope rotations per jump. I'm assuming the first. Yeah I'll try this too, I like jumping rope...works your shoulders and good for footwork.
