just watch Peter's fights with wlad and vitali in order. For 20 rounds, he took unreal punishment and didn't go down once. amazing. haye gets laid out with 1 right hand.

 

I think its highly likely the fight would have ended in round nine. Peter was badly hurt at the end of the eighth round.

 

while this was a sick victory for vitali, this is still further proof that HW is the least interesting division in the sport.

Peter was extremely wobbled at round 8, and he knew he woudl have fell in round 9, given how he was getting pounded, pillar to post.

As wobbly as he was, and give how his head was being beaten all over his shoulders, Peter would have been KOed, no question.

Might want to give credit to Peter's ability to take a punch there, for a guy who is coming off 4 years of inactivity with serious injuries he fought great.

vitali did a lot of skillfull things in the ring , showed a right and then whipped in a left hook, showed a left and then dropped a right over the top, moved well to make peter off balance and then counterd.

peter could not lead off with wild stuff like his corner were telling because when he did he got hit with big power shots and they were accurate.

vitali mixed up the power and speed of his shots well, never let peter get a foothold and put on a clinic.

yet some people are not impressed by what they see with there own eyes.

even if you do not like certain fighters , you should still recoganise what is actually happening in the ring .
