I NEVER want to see David Price on a televised card again

Whilst price was out on his feet and looking likely to get knocked out, and this might be slightly controversial but that last punch price took was illegal, considering hammer was holding prices head down. None the less the ko was coming

 

Not just poor stamina. The man lacks a fighting heart he is like the cowardly lion from oz.

He has absolutely no brains in the ring and allows himself to get bullied. Has no poker face and can never hide his distress every time he is on the receiving end of a punch or gasping for air.

Needs to retire its a shame because he has talent but hasn't got the mentality and discipline for the sport.

 

I think he has a future as a journeyman type fighter/opponent level type if he can find some decent supplements, and lose 2 stone. His glaring weakness to continue on as a journeyman is the stamina, and there are supplements out there that can really help when combined with better training and diet.

I think he will fight on, as he doesnt want to go back to being a plumber. And in being constructive I think he can earn some money for 3-4 years if he focuses on that one area.

Obviously if he ever steps up to the Hammer/Teper level again he still gets stopped, even if his stamina improves because of his complete lack of defensive ability and lack of jab (something that cannot be improved).

 

He came in to heavy imo, he was gassed after rd1 he made this fight harder than it needed to be by round 4 he was boxing a lot better but still letting hammer get inside and walk through him. His stamina let him down in this fight if it was better he would of won

 

Remember when people were saying Price would destroy Fury and was the heir apparent to the heavyweight throne?
