I only have one question for Pacquiao supporters and then I will leave it alone...

Not everybody is obsessed with money, especially if (like Pacquiao) u already have more than enough.
If I was Pacquiao I would clear my name but if floyd (like every other boxer) hadn't demanded extra tests, the contracts would already be signed.

Floyd also signed the contract with all of Pac's rediculous stipulations. And he signed it first!! And it dosent matter who you are, you don't turn down $40 million. What i'm saying is that the ball is in pac's court now and if it dosen't happen you are a FOOL if you think it's Floyd's fault.

Fyi, no one signed any contract yet. Not even Floyd.

Just relax and wait for everything to unfold. The money is too big for both of them to throw it out of the window. That is how negotiations work.

If floyd stuck to the standard tests which every other boxer has to. The fight would already be signed.

Last I heard on ESPN, Floyd had signed a while ago, but i could be wrong he could have just agreed to the fight. I don't know how that whole thing works. Anyway, my point is that this is a situation that, in my opinion, can't really be blamed on Floyd and i'm having a hard time understanding why people don't see that.

Like he agreed to the $10million per pound penalty. But i'm sure that's reasonable. How about this, if Floyd had refused to accept the contract if it involved that penalty, would it be manny's fault for making unreasonable demands, or Floyd trying to gain an unfair advantage? I bet I can guess your answer.

Its about everyone having to abide by the same rules. Boxing has weight limits U must abide by & drug testing U must abide by.
I think Pac should do the tests but I dont have a problem with him not wanting blood taken in the last few days b4 the fight. I doubt 4 or 5 days is enough time to cheat but I dont know 4 sure.

The problem is that with so many crooked and powerfull figures in boxing nowadays, no two fight contracts are the same anymore. people make up **** to put in contracts, but willingness to take a blood test should not determine whether a megafight happens or not. Money, maybe. Weight, maybe. promoters, maybe. But not blood tests.

Thats where people differ. For someone like Pac (from what I have heard. I dont know him) being in perfect mental condition is more important than money.
P.S. Pacs not unwilling 2 take blood tests he just wants a certain amount of days with NO distractions to prepare 4 the fight

That wasnt a test for drugs, it was a test as part of a medical to see if he had any diseases.

I dont get that about not having distractions, wasnt Pacquiao taking part in a film while Cotto was training for their fight. He didnt want to leave the Phillipines either while there was a typhoon going on.
He didnt want to get rid of Michael Koncz from his training camp either where it was clear that Koncz was causing friction in the camp.
So this stuff about he doesnt like distractions is a load of bollocks.

That is a pathetic excuse, Is he a mental midget? How confinient he doesn't want blood being taken when the best chance of getting caught is. He should just say submitting a blood test is against his religeon.

No one signed anything yet, so I don't know what you're talking about. Both sides are still trying to iron things out, and no one is turning down that 40mil.

It's about principle; you have to stand your ground, especially when this whole blood testing demands are not mandated by the Pro Boxing Commission. Additionally, no one is scared to fight anyone. The truth is, Floyd is a very skillful fighter, probably more skillful than Pacquiao, but enough with these absurd demands. Urinalysis is as effective as a blood test if not more.

If believing that having blood extracted will weaken him makes him a "mental midget" in your opinion, then yes he is.
