One of the most overhyped and overrated fighters i've ever seen. Dined out on beating a shot J Tapia, Never forget Bones Adams giving him a boxing lesson and then disgracefully getting jobbed.

 

I haven't seen alot of Ayala at all to be fair, slightly before my time in terms of the world scene, i was just going purely off his record and seen that his only legitimate losses were to MAB and Morales. Can't really comment on the rest of his career in terms of hype, robberies, performances etc, so thanks for putting me right

I think Hatton is the obvious candidate for recent fighters in losing to Mayweather and Pacquiao.
