Tucker was garbage and so is Glass Jaw David Haye.

You talk about Klitschko fighting bad opponents?

    Haye has fought:

Barrett - old and washed up was KOed in 2 by Cliff Couser

Maccarinelli - the guy can't brush his own teeth without being KOed his Chin is AWFUL

Mormeck - had already been KOed and is a 6 round fighter he has no stamina

Fragomeni- I am not even going to discuss this guy.

Those are Haye's BEST wins and you have the nerve to say someone else has been fighting bums?

    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Exactly, it also says something when people seem to think it's a huge achievement for a heavyweight to turn up to fight in half decent shape, instead of looking like a bloated slob.

Agree and Holmes went down at a top 5 HW.

Here's the issue though, Holmes had Ali on his resume.

Even though that Ali was the worst Ali ever, he had him on his resume.

And that name on his resume is a big booster.

What does Wlad have? That's the sad part.

It's largely looked at as bad because of the lack of US competition.

What do I see? The guy dominating now looks like one of the greatest HWT champs in history. And he's making his victims look less than what they are.

Take Hagler. None dare say he ruled over a weak era. How dare any pencil pushing prognosticator try to write off any era of HWTs as weak. Try telling that to Brewster or Golota or McCall that they were weak.

Don't forget that Holmes could still be competitive with top guys into his 40's. He beat Ray Mercer and took Holyfield the distance when he was about 42/43, which is testament to his skills.

Holmes also has Norton & Shavers on his resume though many feel Norton should've won

It's a weak era because apart from the Klitschko's (one being the the most cautious Heavyweight champ in history) are fat slobs! Mostly anyway..... let's just hope Chambers new improved body shape on the 4th of July is a wake up call to the rest of the US heavies.

If Haye is garbage what does that say about the HW division today? Barrett was good enough to shake up Valuev and go 11 rds with the giant Fraud.

:patsch How the hell was Tucker garbage? In his prime no one but Tyson beat him.

:rofl That says all right there, Brewster was a journeyman who had beaten no one until Wlad came along, Golota never won the big won in the 90s when he was in his prime and is now in his 40s, McCall is now in his 40s and was around in the 80s. The fact that all 3 have been in title eliminators just goes to show how shitty an era this is.
