I doubt he does but if he bulks himself up you never know. His has the frame to carry a lot of muscle. He will bulk up over the next few years but he is not in the right shape for Wladimir yet.
Just punching harder doesn't mean you're more accurate. Anyone can train to punch hard, that doesn't mean you're a good puncher.
