I think the way he won his world title has a lot to do with the fact that he was actually given it, on a plate.

I don't know what it is about Cleverly, I like him as a fighter he's decent to watch even if he lacks a bit of power. He's just got that Paul Smith-esque type of misery about him, he comes across as moany even if he's not being that way. Throw in the bandana or backwards cap and the Bass Hunter music and I just can't admit to liking him. Too embarrassing.

Also I would like to see froch smash cleverly I think there styles would make for a good spectacle, I don't really like cleverly very smug and hasn't fought anybody.

 

thing is if Kraniqui wins who is he going to fight. Not Hopkins, Shumenov, Dawson, Kovalev. Better of having Clev win at least hes more fun to watch.

I don't care if he had an awkward style and it was short notice, he should've beat that guy comfortably.

He won't beat the top guys by overwhelming them with punches and relying on his work rate.
