What part of that isn't true though? If you hate Clev's guts like most seem to do, then fair enough, but you shouldn't discredit his opinion(s), only how he fights in the ring. No matter how much you hate him or what anybody says, he HAS got a point about Carl Froch (one that I got hounded for on here, how funny!) if you don't think he has, then prove him wrong, instead of wishing on a star to take him out.

Nathan is just being honest as far as I can see, and there aint nothing wrong with that. But people got a problem with him, because it dont sit well with their own particular views.....similar to the "You're a troll" mentality on the internet, purely to try and discredit a point they themselves don't like.....but it doesn't mean that its not true. :deal

Stop making yourself/Cleverly out to be some kind of marginalised pariah for your controversial views, that's all in your head to make you think you're somehow important Craney. Everyone knows Froch can be out boxed we saw it with Dirrell and Ward and to some extent Taylor.

Not one person I can recall has ever denied that Froch can be out boxed, people are only pointing out that Cleverly is yet to prove he has the tools to do so on the world stage. Unless you can name me one of his victories that suggests he could out smart and out box a proven world level fighter like Froch?

the fights that have gone away from nathan have been no fault of his own and he has not had fanbase built around him.

genuinely think he could be top level and seems a nice lad with fan friendly style.if he get the fights it should all click fro him.

Unlike most, I am level with Cleverly, I am not hating on him purely because of dislike, neither am I jumping on a bandwagon and waxing lyrical. I haven't seen enough or him fight at the highest level yet, therefore I will remain in the middle at the moment.

My point is, Cleverly is getting hounded for that statement, a statement I myself have been making for months on here. Funnily enough it was a similar reaction to what was being said. So it is clear to me at least, that there is a lot of butt-hurt Carl Froch fans lingering about, who throw the toys out the pram when anybody questions their superduperhero. The typical "You're a troll" comments come out, because they can't prove you wrong, they just want to discredit the point that either doesn't sit well with them being a Froch fanboy, or one that doesn't follow their own view(s) on Carl Froch.

Nothing he said there seemed egotistical or out of touch,Cleverly is a nice guy in my opinion and a very good fighter who has been badly promoted.

This thread seems more of a personal hatred than anything else,there are bigger ****s than Cleverly in British boxing.
