I realise now that hatton is/was way overrated and is one-dimensional

    Calzaghe's best 5:

    Kessler
    Lacy
    Reid
    Eubank
    Veit

All wins, all, except Reid, totally conclusive. Much better than Hatton's, in my opinion.

Linear means little when there are live oponents out there you haven't faced.

The main reason I rate Calzaghe is his absolute dominance over quality opposition, a peak, underrated Robin Reid excepted.

Also, for years Calzaghe was the avoidee rather than the avoider, that matters too.

"Kessler..have you seen who hes beat?
    Lacy
    Reid OMG LOL LOL
    Eubank (shot)
    Veit....err lol "

Totally disagree with you I'm afraid you really are giving far too much kudos to those opponents. You really are ranking them way above there station. Where were they in the p4p lists?

Anyway theres a thread about this in the British boxing section. Don't want to repeat it again here.

    ;)

Well then you are blind, stupid, a liar and a very bad prophet. (I don't discredit floyd's victory)

Ah well, if you think you can think for other people (in this case me) then you go along.

    :hi: pathatic fool

Dominance? JC was coasting for years before he became a known commodity. He beat Veit in a 1st round blistering KO so why did he fight him again? Oh thats right to cling to the WBO which was and has been his lifeline since he beat Eubank. It took him nearly 10 years to build on that win.He then went on to face Lacy and Kessler whilst his ledger was still full of flotsom.Theres no denying Joes talent and he is a better fighter/boxer than Hatton but when all is said and done people will still question who he didnt fight.
