Wlad IS definitely better than Vitali. Also, Lewis has never fought a man of Wlad's size, with Wlad's talents. Wlad is faster than Lewis, hits just as hard. Has a better jab, a better left hook, an equal right hand (which is thrown straighter than Lewis)... and has much better footwork than Lewis. My money would be on Wlad's faster hands reaching Lewis' chin first.

Doesn't really matter though.. as this is a mythical fight that will never happen.

Haters usually resort to calling "facts"..... "Jokes". That way you don't have to actually put forth a reasonable argument yourself.

I didnt see a better fighter than Lennox yesterday in the ring, was I watching the wrong fight? Dude Lennox would have knocked Tiger in one if he was in his prime and probably still can right now.

    Stop talking bollocks.

Lennox would KO both of those puddings in the ring last night - he has as good a jab as Wlad, and wasn't scared of using his combos for fear of getting clocked.

    How are they facts?

They are all subjective opinion, and suprise suprise you have favoured your man in every category you mention against a great, completely ridiculous. Not forgetting you don't happen to touch upon severable of the attributes Lewis is streets ahead in, inside fighting, killer instinct and intangible mental attributes.

It just looks completely ridiculous to see a post like that, there is not even a thought of presenting a balanced appraisal, you just mention everything positive for your man.

Suppose that is a good point - guys like Hatton, Mayweather, Hopkins and Calzaghe have all received stick from various scribes and on here, whilst being at the head of their divisions.

Yet others like Pavlik and Cotto are hugged like ****. Strange!

I don't see anything in Wlads armoury that Lennox doesn't have - late TKO Lennox.

Wlad is stiff as a ****ing board. He cannot bob-weave at all. He throws all of his punches straight from the same angle b/c he is stiff as a board. Lewis was not a defensive genious but the had good head movement. Good enough to see the same combination Wlad does constantly. Lennox would have trouble but Wlad has no heart and is a gives guys too much respect that cant really hurt him. Lennox could actually take his head off. You are seriously dumb as ****. Just b/c Wlad has a punishing power jab, that dont mean **** when a guy is not a midget in the ring against him.

You act as if Lennox looked unstoppable in all of his fights. He was critized even more than Wlad was for most of his career. He didn't even have a long reign as Champion. People are just exaggerating what Lewis did in the ring. He didn't even fight any of the top 5 Heavyweights of his era (Holyfield, Tyson, Bowe, Moorer, Foreman) during their primes... yet people act like he was ruling the world. It's hilarious to me. Lewis was looking subpar most of the time against the second half of the top 10-20. He looked great at times though, and had some great performances as well. However, he wasn't even considered a true Champion until he beat a washed up Holyfield. His first title defense as a real Champion happened in the year 2000. After dropping his WBA title so that he didn't have to face his #1 contender in Ruiz, he beat Grant, Botha, and Tua... and then was knocked out by Rahman in 2001 (within a year of becoming a real Champion). Then, he wins back his titles from Rahman....beats an extremely washed up Tyson... dropes his IBF title so that he doesn't have to fight his #1 contender Chris Byrd.... and then escapes a beating at the hands of Vitali by way of stoppage due to a cut in a fight that he was losing... and retires when ordered to rematch. People act like he was ruling the division with an iron fist.

Here we have Wlad beating top contenders and Champions one after another... and he is getting nothing but hatred from you guys. It's amazing.

    :patsch

The Tyson point is fair enough - but had he swerved Tyson to fight somebody else, you would have said he was ducking Tyson!

Vacating a belt to avoid a pointless mando isn't a problem to me - I would rather see a guy do that and challenge somebody else rather than hiding beihnd a belt ala Ottke, Calzaghe, Michalzewski et al.

The difference is that Wlad's top contenders wouldn't be top 20 in the early 90's :deal

Not when he vacated his WBA belt to fight Michael "insult to glass" Grant, who had just been exposed by Golota before Golota quit. And then he dropped his IBF title... AND FOUGHT NOBODY FOR A YEAR. He could have fought Chris Byrd, rather than fighting nobody for a year. Lennox Lewis' career was not NEARLY as impressive as people are now claiming it to be.

He is better than Vitali in almost all except 1 - CHIN!

Against Lewis, Vitali would fare far better than Wlad simply because he can afford to take those vicious uppercuts.

    Let's see......

Beating every opponent he ever faced
    Fighting abroad
    Unifying belts

I am not a Lewis hugger nor Wlad hater - but feel to even compare them is daft!
