Fury can't avoid the overhand right for 12 rounds. It's coming and when it does, TIMBERRRRRR...

This obviously has divided opinion and I honestly think Wilder fights are the hardest to predict, as I have lined out, Wilder's style is such that everyone and no-one is his 'kryptonite'.

In my mind it comes down to: Does Wilder catch Fury flush and finish him off?
Well, half the time he doesn't and gets comprehensively out-boxed, worn down and essentially, schooled. Maybe even stopped by the superior boxer.

The other half of the time, Fury misjudges the distance on exit from an exchange and gets sparked too hard to recover from.

This, to my mind, is the HW equivalent of Kevin Kelly Vs Naseem Hamed, with Wilder playing the part of Nas.

Super interesting fight, best luck to both men but I think biology and match-sharpness/ring rust exists, and ultimately, this is what will give the unorthodox Wilder the edge.

If Pianeta can catch Fury then so can Wilder.

Wilder will have to take risks, if he feels Fury's power and thinks he can take it, he will walk Fury down and KO him.

For Fury he can't get caught against the ropes like he did with Pianeta. If his stamina and conditioning hold up and he's constantly on the move, then a points win should see him through.

Fury is the visiting fighter, will he get a fair result from the judges. Time will tell.

I feel the opposite, I'm genuinely shocked people are backing Fury with confidence.

Fury has abused himself with alcohol, food and drugs, he has been inactive, his two comeback fights have been poor, actually very poor.

I urge you all to go and watch Klitschko Vs Fury again, I urge you to go and read through the rbr on this site and see what the vast majority were saying before, during and after.

Fury is living off a result against Klitschko that on paper is a great win but the performance of both men in that fight was poor at best.

That fight has been rewritten in many people's minds in to some sort of masterclass and it really wasn't, it was heavily criticised and both men didn't excite or perform to a high level.

Fury has got better and better by not actually fighting and that amazes me and let's not forget Fury failed drug tests so even that bang average performance against WK is tainted in my opinion.

Haye was medically retired, and needed shoulder reconstruction and spinal surgery, couple that with a ruptured Achilles and being 36 years old, he was physically done.

Fury has piled on a few stone and went on a cocaine binge, and has got that excess weight off over the last year.

Come fight night he will be close to what he weighed versus Wlad, 30 years old, never had any major injuries and has hardly took any punishment in his career.

I am not sure why people think he is finished. I think Wilder wins, but I think Wilder would have beat him 3 years ago.

True, but I mean he followed the same path, but then the step up is twice as big in Fury's case.
Come fight night he will be close to what he weighed versus Wlad, 30 years old, never had any major injuries and has hardly took any punishment in his career.

I also believe that Wilder would have beaten 2015 Fury, and even that he never should have won that fight against Wlad either. But I also strongly believe Fury is a lesser fighter as that version for various reasons, and almost everyone -including he himself- knows that.

I agree. We've seen some decent decisions lately...take Canelo and DLH out of the equation and the record isn't too bad.

Don't forget about the Vegas and PBC fights either. Almost everytime the featured fighter loses, the judges repair the damage.

fury just isnt that good, never has been. hes taken advantage of some lucky situations and had the brit hype machine working overtime building him up to be more than he was. he knows he isnt that good, why do you think he needed so much drama to get him in the ring against the bums who populate the hw division?
all the excuses his fans make for him were never heard 3 months ago, he was going to clean out the hw division when he came back, remember? larry holmes would ko pianeta, today.
one thing he does have going for him, is his biggest challenges are a terrible boxer with heavy hands and a guy who was getting touched up by a cruiserweight grandpa, so he could possibly keep the fantasy alive.

The fight was awful, absolutely terrible, the fight itself wasn't bang average it was disgusting.

I was being generous with calling Furys performance "bang average".

I suggest you watch it again because you either haven't watched it or have rewritten it in your own mind, it was dreadful.

Also, Go and read the RBR, I actually posted a number of quotes from that RBR and the fight and the performances of both men were absolutely savaged.

I'll post a YouTube highlights video if you want and you can point out the bits that were better than bang average.

    Want me to?
