I really don't have a problem with the Williams - Lara Fight

    Quintana boxed him the first fight, Lara was running...Lara's distance was horrible in this fight. You don't have to be damn near five feet away from the other boxer for most of the fight unless he comes to you or you trying get the one hitter quitter left hand KO to effectively box. Williams has the reach of a Klitschko...there is no reason for his punches to end up short of another fighter unless the dude is basically running straight back. I don't know, maybe it's also a combination of poor cutting off the ring by Williams but I don't think this was that much of a robbery.

    Lara won the fight, but there have been worse robberies. Williams was throwing a lot of punches and being aggressive the whole time. Lara landed the effective shots, Williams wasn't able to get his gameplan going . It's obvious who won, but I've gotten used to the fact that most boxing judges don't know wtf their doing.

    i really wonder how in hell someone can give a chance of winning to someone who landed only 17% against getting hit with 42%...must of them hard punches to the head.
    PW was busier? so what...did he land anything?...Margarito was busy chasing Pacquiao around the ring while getting his ass kick,this is not about who chased who, its about who landed more and more effective.Boxing is the science of hitting and no getting hit and that's what Lara showed last saturday.He wasnt in his bike like Haye vs WK,or DLH last 4 rds against Tito..he was throwing punches,moving,looking for angles while avoiding getting hit from a much bigger man.

    have you noticed all the newbies defending PW all of the sudden? could it be the same person just trolling? maybe someone from williams camp? or a relative?
    i dont see any serious member of this forum saying that williams won the fight...not even the cubans haters!

    He ****ing claimed the knot on Lara's head was from "Williams beating the **** out of him" or something along those lines
