GGG was a 160 pound MIDDLEWEIGHT. He made weight comfortably. Canelo claimed to be a Junior MW yet he outweighed GGG in every fight night weigh in. He could still make 160 today if he was so inclined. That roider Ginger couldn't lol

I know GGG was a true middleweight. So what? Fighters move up all of the time, even when they haven't outgrown their weight class. He had the ability to move up but was content to fight people like Daniel Geale and get old while waiting on Canelo.

What was Canelo doing all this time? Moving up & down ,probably illegally, in weight to cherry pick the easy opponents while ducking GGG, Williams, & all his 160 pound challengers. He moved around in weight to cherry pick which was obvious. BUT Then he slipped, up he underestimated Dmitry Bivol & challenged him
WRONG!!! He had his Ginger ass handed to him he got WHUPPED lol
Heck at over 40 yrs old GGG darn nearly beat him AGAIN for a third time. At the final bell Ginger was exhausted GGG was still fresh as a daisy

Hey, Canelo must have been a punching bag too, or does the fact that Canelo landed a massive 10 punches more than GGG make him not a punching bag? I know GGG was a punching bag for low blows in that fight. He was hit on the ass, upper leg, hips, this was going on all night, no warnings and the crowd was responding like they were legal blows. Heck, take away the low blows and GGG clearly out landed him.

FYI Mr. Compubox Scorer, he didn't come to FIGHT ! ! Coming to fight is a reference to the early stages of the match. GGG upped his output in the last 3 or 4 rounds by that time he was already being blown out. The shots that GGG did throw were not as accurate nor as impactful as Canelo. Canelo came to FIGHT, set the pace, took the fight to GGG. GGG mostly covered up and did very little until it was near the end. That's not coming to FIGHT that's coming to survive, coming to do the bare minimum. That's not what GGG was all about, he didn't bring it and go out on his shield like you and many GGG fans wanted him to. Obviously he threw some punches, but he didn't come to FIGHT, he didn't attempt to win rounds until it was far too late. You know this.

10 punches difference, thats it. Every round was competitive. Canelo knew if he let up or got careless he might get his head knocked off. GGG was fighting smart, but was still very dangerous. If he wasn't , Canelo would have run right through him.

I agree with all of this, bro; It just doesn't change my opinion about the course of GGG's career. He would've been right in the mix at 168. Sometimes guys get a late rejuvination by moving up, anyway (i.e. Hopkins).

Daniel Geale was one of the top middleweights. He beat Felix Sturm to unify the Wba and Ibf titles and become the WBA super champ. Then GGG crushes him and he becomes a lousy fighter.

I'll tell you the truth now If I was fighting Floyd & he started his running & dancing I'd just stop ring centre & ask the ref " Are you going to make this clown fight or are we going to make it a dance contest" ? I can just imagine if the late great Mills Lane was reffing what he'd do. He'd say "Are you going to fight or dance Floyd" ?
Floyd still ran so Mills did ,what he did with Akinwande against Lennox, stop the fight & DQ Akinwande saying
" OK Fred Astaire youre outta here goodnight" ROFLMAO Floyd cannot FIGHT!!!!!!!!! hes a Diva
