I see Chavez jr. eventually winning a title up to 175.

    Just my hunch.

He's a big guy anyway, and probably starves to death to drop to 160.

And I think Ward-Chavez would be a huge war at 168.

    Who is the better in-fighter.

    War Jr.

I know what you're saying bro.

But eventually his experience will catch up to his potential.

2 years down the road and he'll be tough for anybody.

    You can never tell mate.

Sr was at 130, who knew he'll end up at 147.

By the way, I'd like to see him test the 168 waters against Arthur Abraham.

I thought Jnr took care of business well against a very overrated opponent.
But he shouldn't even think about getting in with Ward(as if Arum would, pffffft!)
    any time soon.
Ward would sicken him into considering retirement, and I was impressed with Jnr last night so not hating.
    Just a cold hard fact.

come on it took jr.. 2 Years to make the Martinez fight... of course the ward fight would be anytime soon specially at a higher divison.. 2-3 years thse 2 guys will probably be P4P stars and still young an eventual match up is nothing to ignore.. it could happen and it would be a huge event.

Ward/Junior? Shane, if you don't put them bath salts down, you're going to end up eatin' some poor, homeless dude's face off, brother.

Bute vs Jr would be good. Froch way too durable for Jr at the moment

Listen,I was very impressed by Jnr last night, and this is no slant on him,but I can't see Arum letting him anywhere near Ward, and Ward could well be up at 175 in a couple years.I'm not even convinced that Martinez beats Jnr anymore, but Ward is a guy who I underrated very badly until I saw the strength he displayed against Froch.
I admit I used to dislike Jnr,but I've always been drawn to Mexican fighters but his dad was the only big name Mexican I never took to.
But despite legitimate questions about SOME of his opposition,I've been impressed a couple times lately,I just don't think he's anywhere near ready for Ward.
    No hate whatsoever.
