I see no way margarito beats floyd mayweather

This would look a whole lot like the Baldo fight Margo is WAY TOO SLOW and LIMITED to beat Mayweather, Hell if Cotto had better stamina he would have won.

Your comparing a 5'7" 35 year old with a less than 25% Ko rate(Baldomir) with Margarito.:huh

Breakdown? Thats better than a breakdown. What more do you want me to say? PBF lure's the guy in all nite, counters him, boxes circles around him, fans and commentators call the fight PBF vs Baldomir part 2.

 

Like Baldo, Margo is a huge WW who can take a punch, but he showed that he is very slow and limited, he did not show good defense nor did he cut off the ring effectively, all he did was follow Cotto around until he ran out of gas. Cotto is not as fast, skilled, or durable as PBF and is not even half as good as PBF would be fighting that style because it is natural for PBF who also is conditioned to box about 15 to 20 rds. PBF by wide UD in a boring uneventful fight IMO.

 

I have to agree with this thread. I just can't see Margo beating FM. I seeing it playing out like the 1st 6 rounds of Cotto vs Margo. Difference is PBF is able to sustain it for a full 12 rounds. I would love to see Margo dismantle Floyd however it is not likely. Mayweather takes this UD 117-111

If Margo fights PBF at the weight of 147, I guarantee he doesn't knock out PBF. And you're right, Margo was a nobody back then. And we all know "calling out" someone means nothing. Look how many ppl are calling out DLH rite now
