Lets just admit that Margarito is the "greatest fighter ever" and that he's done something that no other boxer has done ... gain that title in one fight.

Exactly! Margo can never accomplish the things Floyd did.

What I want to know is what Ellerbyss and Floyd's expression/comments where right when Margarito won that title.

If it was anger thenthey probably felt another missed oportunity.
If it was joy then it because they finally have a half-baked excuse not to go to a real battle

Why are all the fans forgetting that just last year Paul Williams beat Margarito?

Floyd was probably happy to see a great brawl and to see Margo win a title.

I'm sure if Margarito keeps winning against top level opposition and gains some kinda marketability ... then i'm sure that he could lure Floyd out of retirement and get his ****in ass kicked ...

Just check out my new avatar ... it perfectly explains how Floyd would make Margarito look ...

that was a 6 division champion he's making miss like that.

Floyd is a boxing fan ... i'm sure he was happy that Margarito pulled off the victory and probably bet on Margarito to win.

Oh yeah, PBF does bet alot. He probably made some money off of Margo. LoL. DLH is faster than Margo and has better footwork, and look what happened to him.

Cotto already had a better resume than floyd and your colleague just said that you can kill a bunch of welters with just one fight, so........

Oh and Margarito did get beat but Williams got beat more up by Margarito thus....

Oscar is terrified of Margo because of what happened to him in Big Bear:lol:

Are you serious? Better resume? He beat Zab who hadn't fought for over a year. And he won a very close fight against a 36 yr old Mosley. Better resume? I'll still give him credit for Shane though. He beat Quintana, Malignnagi & Torres. But his resume still aint as good.

All that **** talking of the most feared was put to rest when Paul Williams beat him and took his title ... infact I think Paul Williams still has it.

why is everyone comparing cotto to mayweather? anyone with decent knowledge would know that they are completely 2 different fighters:patsch

and please margo got a great win last saturday but lets not get carried away...these are the same idiots who laughed at margo when he was branded as the most feared man while struggling with clottey and losing to williams and now after one great win they're hyping to the maximum point that even compares margo to hagler:nut

    every fight is different...

Margo (with a messed up wrist) totally dominated Clottey (with a messed up pinky)

Money May was scared of Cotto, Winky, and Margo but I bet he is wondering if he lost an easier $20 million oportunity against Cotto than originally expected
