I see people are already discrediting Loma’s win over Rigo...

If that's the case who are you picking in Crawford-Loma? Afterall size disparity makes no difference right?

Not me I said the size was too much and Rigo had no chance. On top of that he was old to. He took this fight for a career high payday nothing more.

No the size wouldn't have changed this fight. This was purely about skills. Loma had adventage in speed and being more fresh and active, because of the age difference, but size was really a minor factor.

In fight between Crawford and Loma size does make a difference. Same in Lomachenko's fight against Salido. That's because Vasyl didn't use his size adventage against Rigo, he works mainly on the outside and bases on speed, timing and technique.

Why always this analogy? Lets be real and talk facts. Surely we can distinguish the difference between 8 pounds and 19 pounds.

    Rigo 130
    Loma 138
    Garcia 150 (Broner)
    Crawford 157 (Postol)

I think as is Loma would have to gain actual mass to compete with Crawford, which he might one day.

I think he can give up 10 pounds to Garcia and beat him.

If you don't see a differance between Lomachenko and Crawford, then okay.

Crawford is fighting at 147 now, so it would be 3 weight classes. Lets see how Loma performs vs Linares at 135.

Not to mention the real in ring difference between these guys is somewhere in the ballpark of 20 pounds.

Loma would need to gain some weight to deal with anyone that big, let alone Crawford. Nobody wants their fighter in a division where they are giving up two dimes every night.

I'm sure Loma will look small vs Linares and Mikey Garcia. Lets see how he deals with them

Loma vs Garcia as of now, is a bigger real weight discrepancy than Rigo vs Loma. At least 12 pounds unless Loma gains. So yes.

Being walked down by Money is no different than struggling to land on Marciano. Being beaten by a specialist using the opposing skill set of his speciality is an old traditional insult going back to the days of champions sparring royalty.

Best bit of that fight was watching Bob arum trying to get through the ropes
I know Loma has limitless facet's to his game but i had no idea he was a part time carer too!

And Rigo said size wasn't an issue. Both guys made humble statements, but you don't care about 1, right?
