The old " he had an off night cause he had a sniffle routine " don't even fcukin go there with that bollox.

Didn't Bute have food poisoning when Andrade had him on ***** st ?

Did Quillin have flu when he dropped Rosado in the 2nd but couldn't finish him till the 9th ( i think it was the 9th ?)

Now tell me and everybody else how Golovkin beats Froch ?

you're talking garbage! who has Golovkin ended in two rounds?

and you think he's going to do it against a bigger, faster, harder hitter than himself?

the Groves before the two losses to Froch would beat Golovkin. now though, i'm not so sure. Groves may be damaged goods, so we'll have to see what he has left.

Golovkin doesn't fight at range as well as Froch, he likes to get real close before letting the shots go. so Groves would be able to have his fun on the outside.
and Golovkin isn't going to get into a fire fight the way Carl does, because he'd be taken out there and then. Golovkin as a lot more cautious than Froch is.

with Froch though, he'll use his reach better than Golovkin does, and win that way. i see him pretty much dominating the fight and just busting Golovkin up while causing facial damage with every shot.

Golovkin may have a good chin, we don't know. but what is definite, is that he won't come close to having the punch resistance that Carl does. no way.

hopefully we find out between these two just so Carl can show those on here what garbage they talk by knocking Golovkin out and bringing an end to the unnecessary hype.

Rosado did nothing but run. he's a wet blanket. it's not hard to beat someone down who's doing nothing but being negative.

GGG marked up in that fight without getting hit by much, so i see facial damage being easy to inflict with good shots.

    Groves wouldn't beat Golovkin.

His style of fighting would suit Golovkin IMO, just an opinion mind.

But let's not forget Groves best win was a nip and tuck over Degale

Golovkins defence is much better than a lot of people give him credit for. He may not be Mayweather esq but he slips and rides punches very well.

Regarding the Rosado fight I personally don't think he was worried, plus being ill hence lack of defence.

:huh i'm a Hardcore fan, and I don't know if Golovkin is the real deal or not. he hasn't fought and beaten anyone at the top to really tell us. it's just hype from a load of fan boys. like yourself.

Froch hasn't said a god damn thing other than being sarcastic about a possible fight.

get your head out of the clouds.

Golovkin should fight at MW, Froch at SMW. No need for these two giants of the sport of boxing to collide.

Golovkin is pretty easy to hit. so is Carl, but he's proven that he can take it. Golovkin hasn't come close.

Golovkin has shown a lack of defence in a lot of his fights, not just against Rosado.

It would be a great fight to watch.

I think Froch has been hurt by quite a lot of fighters (Taylor, Kessler, Dirrell, Groves) and many other fighters have made him look uncomfortable at times but he's tough as teak and has great recuperative abilities.

I think Golovkins a better puncher than all the fighters mentioned, if they fought I would like too see how GGG deals with the length of Froch.

I'm not claiming GGG steamrolls Froch but at the same time if Groves can cause him as much trouble as he did then there's no reason why a much better fighter, albeit 160lbder in Golovkin can't and possibly beat him.

George had the speed to make Carl uncomfortable. Golovkin has nowhere near the speed to do that. he is pretty slow.

i think it would be a great fight to make. it would get everyone talking. but i think Carl would have his way for most of the fight until he broke GGG down and stopped him.

True, but what GGG lacks in speed he makes up for technique and timing. I was pretty unimpressed with Groves performance in the rematch yet he was still level on the cards.

If Froch was to win I couldn't see him stopping Golovkin, having said that I didn't think Cotto would bulldoze Martinez.

Groves would not have beat GGG, theres no reason to think he would. Golovkin is really really good with his footwork and jab, and protecting his chin. Groves has problems as fight goes on, expends too much energy and Golovkin's jab and body work off the jab would exacerbate that.

There is also no reason to think Froch hits appreciably harder than GGG.

That being said, I think Froch goes 12 round and could quite possibly take a decision win. It would be a really good fight. If there was a KO by either guy I would say 90% chance it would be via a body shot. Not likely Froch is going to get caught with a big overhand right , he will keep out of position to shut that punch down. Both Froch and GGG can throw big body shots with either hand though so you know some will be landing both both guys.

edit: not sure why people say GGG is slow. He is not. He is not the fastest guy, but he is certainly not slow. He does some things slow, and some things fast - some punches are telegraphed intentionally to create a reaction in the opponent. His speed changeups are part of what make him dangerous, and keep him from getting timed.
