    All I know is its awfully shady that he suspiciously leaped out of the ring, was carried straight to a waiting ambulance on a stretcher, and then miraculously appears back shortly afterwards giving interviews etc and acting fine.

    Very true. He looks abit inconsistent. Remember when Lampley (I think it was Lampley) said "Martinez must be wondering why Williams didn't fight the first 5 rounds like that with me?" In another words the Williams that fought Cintron would of looked pretty bad against Martinez. I'm also getting the impression Williams is getting to be a hot and cold fighter. Can the weight juggling have anything to do with it? Does he have problems with movers in the ring like Martinez, Quintana, or Cintron to a certain point? Cintron wasn't really known to be a mobile fighter in the ring up until he beat Angulo from the distance he was having some success with Williams too.

    You have to listen to what PW said my man!!!

    Paul said "The game plan was to go in there the first few rounds and box and then step it up later"

    This is exactly what he did and he started to put the heat on in the end of third and continued into the 4th round!!!!!!!!

    Awsome thread and pics. Looks like you had a good time. With this whole cintron thing I don't think he jumped out the ring but I do think he made a bigger deal then it was. If he really wanted to continue he could of acted like it

    he looks NOTHING like winky wright to me. but thank u for the pics. sucks the fight ended the way it did. I hope for some sort of rematch but we will see.

    Damn! We all just got back from L.A.

    Give me another hour and I am going to really get y'all some good pics from the locker rooms, with some of the undercard camps, and with some other folks who were there.


    And by the way, Paul is working on an HBO date in September. Nothing is concrete or guaranteed, but it looks like it may be in DC this time, like this one was supposed to be.
