I actually wouldn't mind seeing mayweather get dropped by shane in the early rounds only to come back and win.

That would be remarkable and would also silence the critics who question his heart.

It could indeed happen. Mosley had the power to knock down Margarito.

 

thats why its stupid to bet more than you can afford to lose, tbh I'm not too confident of either man winning, this is a close fight for me, and I'll be happy whoever wins.

 

For real though, I respect that guy tons. I'm sure he's gonna have one hell of a gameplan for this fight, I doubt it will work, but can't wait to see it :deal

I was just recycling Floyd's quote from the 24/7 footage of the DLH fight. It was a great quote because it didn't make very much sense

Should be an interesting fight. Floyd should win if he executes his gameplan properly but Mosley has a great chin and great punching power and certainly has a chance to score a KO victory.

 

I seriously doubt you will see Mosley on the canvas if they fight. He might be chasing, and get hit, but no canvas...

 

I'll be rooting for Shane in a big way, but I just can't see him winning. I'm afraid his age and the long layoff since Margarito will catch up with him in this fight. Mayweather will make him miss and pick him apart with counters. Floyd UD. But I hope Shane proves me very wrong.

 

Shane is cool but people are over hyping him a little yes he knocked out Margo but he didnt knock out Cotto so I'm not sure he knocks out Floyd?

Knocking a guy out is as much about balance and precision as it is about power. I just don't see Shane landing enough substantial punches to really hurt Floyd. Shane is not a one punch KO artist, so that's not a concern either. I can't remember the last time Mosley stopped an elite boxer. Margarito came with his chin up and hands down from round one of their fight. Shane had a tough one with Mayorga(fortunate KO), and was outboxed by Cotto.

People keep talking about what a threat Mosley's speed and power is to Floyd but Mosley has never faced an opponent who is faster than he is. If Floyd keeps this fight in the middle of the ring, Shane has a long night.
