I spoke with Nazim Richardson about Shane vs Floyd ..

Damn i cant wait for this fight.

 

Look at how Hatton actually did against Floyd.
Yes he ended up getting KO'd. Though with help from the ring post (LMAO at that)
BUT he was getting to Floyd. And if I recall ahd him up on points at that point. Mosely is faster and hits way harder. And probably can take a punch a hella lot better as he stays in condition.

 

Mayweather will need to be at the top of his defensive prowess to beat Shane. Theres no way he can hurt him. And fighting on the backfoot wont help unless he hits Shane consistently and often. This is a very very interesting fight as Shane has the power speed and style to trouble Floyd immensely. Think the first half of Judah PBF. Except this will be 12 rounds and Shane mentally will not crumble. Im going for Shane via UD or late TKO.

In fairness Hatton started the fight pretty well against Floyd and used his feet to cut off the ring well..... but his punch quality was pretty low.

Plus he got suckered into thinking Floyd was a wuss who didn't like it up him..... as it turned out the fight was closer on the outside than it was up close.

Yeah that generally tends to happen when you fight an entire bout concussed. What a pile of **** example. Your going to compare V Forrest to Floyd as an indication of what Floyd can do to Shane?!?! :roll:

 

Styles make fights. Floyd is an exceptional fighter but despite being a solid welter now he doesnt have the power to trouble Shane. Shane only gets troubled by guys bigger. Floyd has no physical advantages to trouble Shane. Unless he can hit Mosley consistently and often in the cup he's not going to beat him. Shane is just as fast as Floyd and can crack. When he does Floyd will feel it.

Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiid. Zab has better handspeed and movement than PBF and shane son. He just doesnt have the ring smarts of pbf or the power of shane. Zab is faster than pbf and that was apparent in their fight. Like I said mu****a, if you get a fighter who combines the physical gifts of quick movement w/ handspeed, and a with the ring wisdom of bernard, floyd would get embarrased. But it ain't gonna happen because we dont have a fighter like that anywhere on the map.

 

Nazim will burst into Mayweather's locker room prior to the fight and accuse Floyd of using illegal handwraps ala Trinidad and Margarito.

 

I'm not surprised to have Floyd as the favorite, but Shane is as legit threat to beat him as anyone. Mosley TKOing Floyd is not out of the question.
