I'd hardly compare a bit of high school wrestling to actual boxing. That's why the two sports are poles apart.
Wrestling isnt the best spectator sport, which is why he followed the $'s to the WWE I guess being the best College Wrestler in the country, which is a pretty big achievement as College Wrestling is taken very seriously by the Americans, means he was no talent though because he cant swing his hands with a pair of gloves on
College wrestling is not MMA. Jesus, he wasnt even on the world level like Spinks, who won a gold medal as an Olympian. Besides...it was Spinks 9th fight. Big difference from his 4th. :-(
You are a genius, why did it take you so long to join the forum, you should be severely punished for denying us this knowledge You are right, he has no talent. It was Leon's 8th fight, go look it up/ And I cant believe how stupid I am, people were getting title shots for beating Alfio Righetti all the time in the 70's
All MMA fights should really end in draws as neither guys have any talent right. How can you win a fight against a Professional fighter without any talent :huh And if as you say neither guy has talent because they arent as good boxers as a professional boxer, I guess every win by submission or kicks are some sort of freak accident too
He was a national champion in University with a 106-5 record. Lesnar could probably have qualified for the Olympic team if he hadn't decided to make money in the WWE. I've never been a Brock fan, but these attempts to discredit him as a legitimate athlete are absurd.
We are getting a bit side tracked, It wasn't my intention to bag Lesnar I was trying to stop STOO from discrediting Leon Spinks fighting Ali at his 8th fight that's all............ He was an Olympic gold medalist. The overall point was it's ridiculous to think a boxing novice could fight for a legitimate world title against a PBF or PACMAN whereas it happened it Lesnars case in his 4th fight. Lesnar is a great athlete no doubt
