Why in the hell should he? The governing body of pro boxing doesn't require blood testing of any kind. Why should pac offer to do blood testing if it's not required?

Weather or not the 3 or 4 guys are *******s(which they may very well may be) that still doesn't change the opening post or the title which is grossly nuthugging Mayweather.

 

Void wants boxing comish rules changed for the Pac fight, something which he never asked the commish to do in the past for any of his opponents.
