I don't think its one-sided. I think they both blew their chances to make the fight. However I do feel mayweather gets unfair criticism, more than he should. Especially after how the 2009 negotiations went down.

I'm not a *****. No matter how much you want me to be. I know mayweather has been a joke at times regarding the pac fight. I also think in 2009 he wanted the fight and all that stopped it was a blood test. To me, that's not a big enough obstacle for the fight not getting made. He agreed to everything else.
