I still pick Pac against Mayweather

Secondly, Mayweather's defence is better, Mayweather carries bigger firepower and Mayweather has at least the sime timing - if not better.

I used to think that Pac's speed combined with his power would make it a risky fight for May, but leaving aside the possibility that Pac gets in the shape of his life while Mayweather has a bad day, I don't see Pacquiao winning here. He can be neutralised with good defence, accuracy and precise timing, even if the opponent is slower.

Pac mightve thrown punches against Marquez - but they didnt connect,
now Im tipping he wouldnt throw nearly as many punches against Floyd
with a far less of a connection rate than in the Marquez fight.
(Because lets face it, fighters throw far less against Mayweather)

After last Saturdays fight, Id rather see Pac and Ortiz get it on,

Pac couldn't even get a clear win against a 38yr old fighter. There's nothing about Pac that tells me he's going to beat Mayweather. Maybe if I seen him fight against more diverse fighters, then I might think other wise, but the only fighter he's fought that's don't cater to his style is Marquez and he struggled against him every single time he fought him. Floyd has been in the ring with almost every style there is in boxing and has prevailed every time. Which gives me all the reason to believe not only will give Pac major problems, but he will beat him none the less.

 

Mayweather will be walking Pac down during the fight...bet on that.

 

Well he won't wear down Floyd, also I absolutely disagree about the style argument. I think you vastly underestimate Floyds offensive ability and more importantly his toughness. Floyd won't be bullied by anyone, and I don't believe Manny has much other than a punchers chance. Even with that Manny hasn't KO'd anyone in like two years, and obviously Floyd hasn't even been down...I just can't see it.

I pick pac on this one.. coz manny is really good when he's out there to prove something. plus he'll be more hungry to win this fight and won't underestimate mayweather like he did against marquez.
