I enjoy all types of fighters and depends on my mood sometimes i love a good tear up other times i like a good chess match and skillful boxing
I'm not sure that MAB is the best example for what you're trying to illustrate. MAB was a boxer known for having undergone a drastic shift in his style, and his career can almost be separated into two stages exhibiting such.
I think starting with the Hamed fight up until the 3rd Morales fight he was a complete boxer-puncher.
You ever notice how Tin promotes EM and Barrera to legendary status every chance he gets because Pac beat them lol... Foh.
Wrong again man. I'm 23. My father's favorite fighter ever is Marco Antonio Barrera. I grew up with him. He was like a god in our house. He's all I knew growing up. And he was damn good. So STFU.
He was kind of mixture of offense and defense. Similar to Leonard in that they liked to fight off the back foot, but also when given an opening attacked unmercifully.
Then they are not cutting off the ring to begin with. You make it sound like Floyd is supposed to let himself get cornered.
Greatest of the era? Of course he is. Up there with Jones, Morales, Barrera, Hopkins as the greatest boxers of their era, given who they beat, how they did it and when they did it.
