I partly agree, but the IBF have given extensions before, as have ALL the other ABCs.

They never so much as ALLOWED Fury to pay Glaskov a stepaside fee.
Hell, Chris Byrd made a living off step aside fees back in the Holyfield, Lewis, Tyson saga, as did Corrie Sanders.

You just gotta believe there was something underhanded about it, and KD would have been just as happy, if not MORESO, getting Czar 300K to wait til late summer and fight Fury or Wlad in a stadium in Europe for 3-5 mil.
Instead, she gets Czar 300K to lose to a nobody on an undercard.:-:)-:)-(

That was one of the most disgusting moves by any of these organizations ever. Then again, it's sadly nothing new.

GGG does not want Canelo's belt its now plainly obvious, he wants the pay day and the legitimacy that he would get beating him. Team GGG think beating Canelo will make him a PPV star.

Otherwise he would of pushed the fight with Canelo and had the belt stripped if he denied him. TEAM GGG must share some of the blame for the fight not happening or at least not fighting for the belt.

There is a huge difference in this scenario as Wlad was a long reigning champ that has really earned the right of a rematch and Canelo is just looking for an easier fight and to build the hype for him and GGG.

People, I introduce to you "boston guy", a new member of our forum.

He always writes in defense of Al Haymon fighters that fans hate most, and Al Haymon himself. It almost makes you think he might be paid by... (take a wild guess).

Now, it's well known that promotional companies have people on their payroll whose job it is to come on this forum and win hearts and minds. But this guy is so obvious that it makes me laugh.

Utter nonsense.Haymon can't even make a profit(other than his 15% rake off the top of the fighters purse's) and make a dent in tv ratings and sponsership, let alone take a title off a champion. He is making out to be a nothing in this biz other than spending other peoples money.

It's obvious Al Haymon was part of the conspiracy.
Some of you here might be relatively new to boxing, so you still have doubts about the levels of cunning, conspiracy and corruption in the sport.

When investigating a crime, look for motive. The old rule of "Cui Bono"
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cui_bono

Besides, we kind of saw this coming a year ago when Wilder gained the WBC title.

The IBF stripped Fury in December, the title was contested straight away on Haymon's show in January. Hidden in plain sight.

Just so you know. Belts don't exchange hands. A new champion gets a new belt. Fury still has his IBF belt at home and his belt wasn't "flown" to america to be given to the winner of that bogus IBF vacant title fight.

Wlad also still have his IBF belt he lost to Fury. He gets to keep it for ever.
