I think that Sadam Ali will fight Liam Smith next? After that he will probably vacate the title and move down to 147lb. Liam Smith is the naturally bigger fighter but Ali could beat him, and should move down immediately.
50/50 fight. I think right now Golden Boy needs to put Ali in with pure boxers to make him look good. Keep Ali away from pressure fighters. Ali can beat fighters like= Peterson, Khan, Devon Alexander maybe even Danny Garcia. Ali will probably lose to= Matthesye, Brandon Rios, Keith Thurman.
I think Liam Smith wins on points. He doesn’t take rounds off like that Cotto performance last night. It will be 12 rounds of relentless pressure and being the naturally bigger man I’d have to favour him.

I haven't see alot of Ali but before he got stopped by Vargas he looked good maby it was a off night fighters do have them then again I could be wrong but if he fights Smith I think he beats him no problem Smith is not that good and doesn't have much power and is just basic as they come Smith hasn't beat a single world class fighter he was just a walking punch bag against Canelo
