Canelo has a higher ring IQ than GGG imo. I think the only way to beat the kid is to have a higher IQ than him and I dont see it with GGG or lara or Quillin or even MAravilla.

What gives you this idea? He was probably more clueless vs Floyd than even Guerrero, 0 adjustments made. And has never had to do it having fought all those smaller patsies. They had open scoring vs Trout, and the margin was ridiculous after 8, so no adjustment needed.

Pretty sure Canelo would get minced by Golovkin.

Canelo is decent technique-wise, but his actual skills are not very diverse or proven at the top level. He is a somewhat aggressive counterpuncher that so far hasn't proven he can adjust his style and has fought a lot of relative soft touches. Not a lot of punchers on his resume either. Massively struggled against Alfonso Gomez(where he got a very fishy stoppage) and Austin Trout(won a fight that could have gone either way) prior to getting schooled by Floyd. Those are the three best he's fought in terms of in-ring condition and the results were not stellar. So I fail to see how he's going to do well against the likes of Lara, GGG, and Martinez.

that ring IQ showed against Floyd, it didn't matter what punch Floyd threw, he Cinnamon was always ready to block it with his face

he has skills, I really admire when he throws his 4-5 punch combinations, I was a big fan of his, but after the Trout fight I began having doubts about him, whether he's the real deal or not

That's a reasonable response I guess, and perhaps I shouldn't make assumptions, but have you actually studied say Golovkin, Lara, perhaps Martirosyan.

'Nelo is fairly mobile for his size, and has pretty good hand-speed but genius level ring IQ? He can't even cut the ring off properly, which is kinda a necessity if you're coming in as the bigger guy with the power.

AT 154 yes he beats everyone at 160 no way GGG takes him apart and if Sergio can come back near what he once was he beats Canelo also

Lara vs Canelo is close fight, would favor Canelo on points. GGG, would knock him out.

I dont you can really judge fighters against floyd. Floyd made Marquez look bad and we know how skilled he is.

Yea Ive studied all of them. I think he has more skills than them all. not far superior but a lil more than more and he gets hit less than all of them.

I think hell have more stamina at 160 and i think he gets hit less than those guys. I dont think those guys have the skills to outbox him to the level floyd did. Canelo is getting better every fight unlike those guys imo they are as good as theyre gonna be.
