Before i get grilled on here, first i'd like to state, i see chave jr as a drugs cheat who rehydrates to levels which would favor him against any 160lb fighter in his devision. Thats the reason why i could see him beating GGG. when was the last time you saw a fighter walk through sergio's shots, i dont think golovkin hits any harder then sergio, and i dont think GGG moves as well as sergio. Thats why i think chavez has a chance at taking him.

How the **** would you favor Junior against any 160 pounder in the division when he just lost his 0 via virtual shut out last night?

GG would **** on Junior. Chavez is too easy to hit, and too slow to beat a guy with GG's firepower.

Julio won 1 minute out of 36 so it's not like a bit less skilled elite opponent and he wins.

GGG is more dangerous exactly because he doesn't move around, he cuts down the ring and lands with bad intentions. Martinez sat on his punches in R7 alone (hurt his left after it or something), GGG sits on every single shot. Jr. could come in at 205lbs and still get knocked out because he's easy to hit and GGG has maybe the best accuracy in boxing from an aggressive fighter right now.

    BRING IT AWN!

GGG sparred JCC Jr at Wild Card and apparently dominated him.

Martinez's previous opponents showed up to fight, and thus made themselves more susceptible to his counter shots. Chavez covered up the entire night and could see all of the punches coming, so of course they weren't going to have the same effect.

Who the **** is Golovkin? I think GG should be proud to be in the same ring with Chavez. He didn't prove anything yet.

Now that Sergio has defended his title, GGG vs Chavez makes perfect sense, winner of that fight fights Martinez if Martinez stays at middleweight.

Make the fight. Makes a lot more sense then Jr getting an immediate rematch against Martinez.

If Jr doesn't rehydrate to a CW he will be KTFO easy. He might have a chance if he is cheating.

181 lb Pavlik never backed up or got close to going down, even would he could not see.

He most likely had to go easy on him.

Pavlik's face was a mess after 9 rounds, martinez took his soul, pavlik was disheartened during the championship rounds.

What exactly is it that you think Chavez Jr is taking ??

Im not picking here id just like to know

Chavez Jr didnt walk through Sergio's shots per say, he was banged up and pure heart seen him land a coupe of solid blows late on, other than that Chavez didnt press because he was being walloped, and he knew he was being walloped, his hands were glued to his head every time Martinez thew a faint or a shot, Martinez's shots got him moving backwards most of the time, and definitely slowed him down, something Andy Lee didnt do

Golovkin ...................... its an interesting question because Golovkin is a really technical one punch specialist, the way Chavez Jr bores in head first i really believe Golovkin will put him to sleep, i just dont see Chavez beating Golovkin with pressure, Golovkin's too good im afraid

As long as boxing is a business, guys like Gennady would never get
a shot at either Sergio or Jr. He hits too hard for a boxer/puncher
with as good as Balance, Reach, Poise, Pedigree, and Ring generalship
that also unfortunately has 0 charisma and NO american fanbase
whatsoever. Why on Earth would either Arum or dibella allow there
fighters in there with a true killer like GGG.

I could see GGG getting a bout with peter quillin though.
