Both coming off a loss to a Klitschko, both would draw a massive crowd in either of their home countries and both are looking for a way back. Haye wants Vitali, who has business to deal with next week against Chisora, Haye could set up a April clash with Adamek and if he can do a better job on Adamek than Vitali did and give an explosive, statement making performance then it adds more spice to a possible fight with Vitali should he come through Chisora (which bar a bolt from beyond, he should do pretty comfortably) Plus I think Haye would have an easy night against Adamek to be honest, speed and power would be too much for the brave pole.
Adamek seems keen on the fight as well judging by his comments the other week. I think it'd be a great fight and Haye would look fantastic against a smaller HW. Unfortunately Haye only seems to care about making money and has no desire to actually fight or restore his reputation, so anything other than a Klitschko megafight with a giant purse is completely off his radar.
Haye needs to stop ducking, this fight although a very tough one for Haye should happen. In fairness Haye may even have as good as a 50% chance of victory here. Not to mention for financial reasons this fight makes absolute sense with it happening in new Warsaw/England. In fact, the Polish, Overmen that they are, are currently engaged in establishing lebensraum throughout the UK, particularly England so you have to ask yourself just how many PPV's are they really worth? Probably somewhere from 100'000 to 500'000, these numbers are not to be sniffed at. With those numbers on top of Haye's devoted Brit followers this fight would be practically printing money and needless to say a real end to end barnstormer of a fight for the casual's to savour.

I agree too, get it on, it can be the unofficial cruiserweight unification fo the class of the 2000's, only at heavyweight. But seriously, easy nights work for Haye, gains him a bit of credibility back and I think he'd look spectacular in demolishing the brave, but ultimatley average Adamek.
