This fight's not happening until May. Pacquiao after fighting Marg will take some punishment and Floyd knows this and should get him afterwards. Even if Pacquiao doesn't get hit too much the uppercut most likely is going to land and cause some damage. You saw the success Clottey had when he did throw it the few times he did but Marg has a better uppercut.

I'd rather be blackballed than blueballed.

I'd be very curious to see the kind of numbers Mayweather does without another high profile name and especially without the heavy, unprecedented promotion he enjoys with GBP & HBO, fight after fight since the DLH-PBF matchup.

No other fighter has enjoyed as much backing up to this point.

Ridiculous. HBO knows they need to do business with Floyd and keep him happy. THey wouldn't try that **** with the cash cow. It's FLOYD who kept FLOYD from fighting. Get over it...

You can always deal with blueballs yourself while being blackballed is more difficult to overcome :deal

i would agree with that theory if floyd wasn't selling over one million PPV's in his last four fights. he's hte cash cow. you don't give cash cows ultimatums.

Why would hbo do that? He still brings the most money to hbo. Also, hbo has to know that dictating to floyd & trying to control him 100% will put them @ odds w/ each other. When arum said they were willing to fight floyd in may of 2011, that pretty much convinced me that the fight will be then.

HBO doesn't give a **** as long as he's a draw. He could be fighting women in every fight, and they'll still show him as long as he brings in the numbers.
