the more i watch it, the more i see victor starting to have some decent success as the fight goes on. which makes his headbutt even more puzzling.

obviously, we have no idea what would have happened had the KO not occurred, but it's obvious that even floyd was uncertain. ortiz has disgusting power and floyd has never laid cheap shots like that on anyone in the past.

 

Floyd was in control in this fight, pretty easily-landing right hand at will AND PUSHING ORTIZ BACK-SOMETHING THAT WAS SAID BY MANY, THAT HE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO DO.

 

I also find it interesting that the elbow that FMJ gave Ortiz to cause him to react with the butt is not viewable to Floyd fan's.
