I think Floyd will taste the Canvas for the first time ever against Chino.

Ortiz was supposed to do the same thing given all of his prior opponents hit the canvas. Floyd threw combos at him, not scared of him at all. Maidana is no exception.

Ortiz has no balls..:-(..Maidana needs a crew to carry his sac to the ring:good

Maidana is going to come out looking to hurt Floyd badly in the first few rounds. I think we see some blood from the nose of Floyd thanks to the little bulldog.

Maidana will rock Floyd once or twice but in the end, and yes he will make it 12, the UD for Floyd:smoke

Maidana will learn like all of Mayweather's opponents that Floyd hits a lot harder than he thought he would. Mayweather will stay in the pocket with Maidana and about the sixth round or so, Maidana will be more concerned about surviving than taking Mayweather out.

They all come in saying they'l press him bla bla... what they don't realise is it's very annoying to be throwing and missing and also how hard to it is to get close to floyd, his feet are so much faster than anybody else..he can be out of range very very fast. I guarantee you maidana will come out jst like usual... behind his jab looking for a big shot. His start v adrien was just because he caught him with a good shot. He won't do that against floyd. Anything can happen but i can't see him landing a single meaningful shot... by round 6 he'l won't want to throw and floyd willl be doing whatever he likes in there

    I seriously doubt that.

If Maidana can win 1 round against FLoyd, than he should be proud of himself.

He should be thanking his lucky stars he gets to even share a ring with an ATG like Floyd.

I said it in another thread and I'll say it here, this has FLoyd-Gatti written all over it. It doesn't matter how "crude" of a fighter Marcos is or that he throws punches from unconventional angles. He's slow as dirt and FLoyd will see EVERY punch that's coming his way.

Unless FLoyd aged significantly since his last fight, which i don't believe is the case at all.

Marcos will be gassed by the 7th-8th round. It'll be very funny to see the compubox stats post-fight and see how many times Maidana missed. As long as FLoyd's hands and shoulders hold up, the KO will be there for him to take if he wants it in the latter rounds.

Maidana doesnt know how to cut off the ring. This fight will not be pleasing at all.

I believe Chino will need every lil bit of his wild heart to fight back while being tagged time and again or else this won't even go 12 rounds. There's a huge difference in skill and Floyd knows how to pick his opponents when they feel hot, first Hatton when he beat Castillo, then Ortiz when he beat Berto, again when Guerrero beat Berto and now Maidana when he beat Broner.

He's been there several times vs Chicanito, Castillo, and Judah just that they weren't counted by ref. But even if he was dropped by Chino anyways doesn't really matter its who really gets their hand raised at the end of the fight. And then you hope its the true winner. Even if Chino makes it close hard to win a decision in Vegas for Maidana.
