He said alot of things in that post, and the one thing you disagree with is the part where he says that Foreman is not as fast as Pac?

    :patsch

I think cotto will win this fight. it wont be easy but he will adapt the new defensive techniques and slowly break foreman down. cant wait for it

I think Foreman will win via an SD or a razor thin UD on the official scorecards.

But in reality, he would win a bit more convincingly.

The guy was able to run rings around a bigger Danieil Santos, his last fight, and was able to handle a couple of hard shots and shrugged it off.

Sure, DS was really rusty and out of shape, (maybe washed up?) but watching that fight made me feel that YF can do enough to win via decision.

Will be rooting for Cotto, though.

R u guys ****ing serious???? I'm kinda baffled here. I saw Yuri in his last fight against santos, and he didn't impress me one bit. He looks like a c-class fighter. Miguel should totally outclass this guy unless he's completely shot.

    This.
I can remember saying at the time he is one of the worst world champions in boxing today. Daniel Santos was a disgrace that night, anyone could of beaten him.

Cotto has not been with Steward long enough to make a big enough difference. Yuri will probably out box Cott.

I'm not saying Foreman is P4P quality, and that he's an amazing boxer and a future star.

I just think that his style of fighting, his movement, plus his natural size and length advantage, plus Cotto's personal problems and wear and tear, all of that will haver an impact in this fight.

Cotto's already pudgy and stocky for 147.

Now he goes up another division against a somewhat lanky, sorta pure boxer.

We'll see this weekend if we're totally wrong with our predictions.

He's not really pudgy, but he is short and stocky. Fighters like that generally don't move up very well in weight. Cotto is out of his element as a jr. middleweight.

I haven't seen much of Foreman lately but I know what his style is all about. If Cotto can't adjust well to the weight then I can see Yuri outboxing Cotto on his way to a UD victory.

I'll be pulling for Cotto though because I am a fan.
