Actually, IIRC from one of the 24/7s, he actually suffers more from the dystonia (which is what causes his current posture) than from the Parkinson's, and the Parkinson's isn't actually doing much of anything to Roach at all other than the tremors (when he's still) thanks to him constantly training someone.
