I think it's quite ridiculous to want Golovkin to face Ward

    Golovkin is a small guy for his division. If you watch his fights like against Rubio he is always the smaller guy in the fight. That's not saying he belongs at 154 but he was always a smaller 160 guy. His willingness to go to 154 to get a big fight proves that he can easily make that weight because of his size and only stays at 160 because his skill level puts him at the top.

    This is not ducking, it's just basics with boxing divisions. Golovkin does not belong at 168, he simply cannot be anyone near his full potential when his body proportions do not allow it. He only looked at 168 fights because of the money and nothing else. If Golovkin can make similar money at 160, or a little less, he should stay in that division and retire.

    The fact that nobody can mention anyone at 160 that has a real chance of beating Golovkin shows how good he is. People can only talk about someone like Ward who is a division up and is a top guy P4P. Finally, Golovkin has a great resume. He has cleared his division, that is the sign of a great resume. Wins over top guys like Stevens, Murray, and Geale is a sign of a resume that has great names.

    What you actually mean is Little G simply doesn't belong in the ring with Ward. 168 was no issue when he wanted to fight Froch but when Ward came calling, Little G became a frightened little good boy.

    Going one division up is not ridiculous. However Ward accepted Dawson's challenge, who came down and was totally weight drained. They should just meet in the middle.

    Not at all. I'm not even a big GGG fan. But "Little G", what the **** is that? That's supposed to be smart or something? Dumbest **** ever. Stick to boxing Ward, **** talk is not your strength.

    Little G didn't want to go up one weight (+8 lbs) to face Ward, and he didn't want Lara to come up one weight (+4 lbs) to fight him, and he didn't want Hopkins to put down his cane and fight him at any weight.

    Golovkin is NOT a small MW at all.And if he is so dominant in that weak MW division...then of course he must go up sooner or later.

    But at the same time,this can be said about Ward as well.He has to go up sooner or later,SMW is no challenge for him anymore,its as bad as MW.
