I really think he is unstoppable, the only guy who has a chance against Him is Tyson Fury

Everyone else gets KO'D. I'm not a fanboy either, I'm just an objective watcher who has never seen a fighter as big as him dominate other fighters so easily.

Smart man. Even a prime Wlady could only steal a couple of rounds off him.

"Dominate so easily." You do realize a 41 year old Wlad dropped him hard and was outboxing him for a large portion of the fight.
Joshua is good but it remains to be seen is he can be really great. I don't like this practice of having only 1-2 fights a year already for him but I guess when your the current cash cow that's how it's going to be done

Anthony Joshua won the first 5 rounds and was only outboxed by Wlad in the rounds 6, 7 and 8 because he
recovered from the knockdown in the 6th round.

I think Aidos Yerbossynuly (5-0,5KO) will become the greatest of all time.

All he needs is great comp, or 25 title defenses. That starts with beating fat ass Fury, Wilder and who ever is left after that. Beating 41 year old Wlad is a start. But he's still not champion yet.

It's just not something you can sensibly say. It's ridiculous to say that.

He could have a serious achilles problem. He could die. He could have a terrible stylistic weakness. He could retire at 30. He could allow the alphabets to dictate his opponents. He could hit someone with his car and go to jail for three years. These type of predictions just aren't reasonable. He's beaten something like three ranked opponents.

Hype is good, it's fun. But nobody should take any of this chat seriously.

I think he has the potential to be great. But he has a lot to prove still. And I don't mean his chin or stamina. The biggest danger for AJ is falling victim to hubris and arrogance. If he can handle that and stays disciplined he has everything it takes to become one of the best 10 or so HWs of the last 100 years. Which would be an amazing achievement.

He may prove to be too good for this generation of HWs but I'm not keen on calling anyone best of all time, personally I think he would of struggled against Lennox

I don't see it. He barely beat a 41 year old Wlad. I thought Wlad lost that because he became complacent right at the start of the 11th and got clocked. A prime Vitali would have KOd Joshua easily. Prime Wlad too. Lennox too. So many to name.

    He's too muscular and rigid.

The problem is, the guys at the very top all time did some remarkable things for very long periods of time.

As it stands now, he's on a clear-cut trajectory for the HOF and possibly even more. He does have a shaky chin though and it's conceivable he could lose soon as a lot of the top tier guys at HW have some serious power. I think he's exponentially more well rounded than Wilder, but if Deontay nails him flush with that right hand, he has more than enough power to knock him out cold IMO. All it would take is one shot (and vice versa as Joshua also has dynamite in his hands.)

It's been over a half century since Sugar Ray Robinson fought (or at least the shell of his former self,) and there's been no one that's been able to usurp him at the top of the mantle IMO. Ali had a chance had he not lost 3 years of his absolute prime and Ray Leonard also looked like he could make a claim had he not dealt with the detached retina square in his prime. Aside from those 2 guys (and Roberto Duran,) I don't see anyone in the last 50 years that came close to top 10. It would take a lot of fight against a lot of great fighters. I don't think the HW division has that type of talent pool to thrust Joshua to GOAT status.

IMO, in order to be an ATG great you have to:

    1. Pass the eye test, i.e. people have to look at you when you fight and overall say "wow, he does some amazing things in the ring, he's great".
    2. Beat a very high level of competition most/all of the time.

Perfect example- look at Sugar Ray Leonard. You couldn't look at the way he moved, handspeed, etc. and say he was anything but great. He beat the best guys of the era most of the time, and many of those guys were hall of fame fighters. On the other hand, the Welterweight that followed him as the next really good Welterweight, Donald Curry, fought and beat some decent guys, looked good in doing it but not great, but then was dominated later on by good but not great competition.

Now I say that but I said in another post about Tyson that based on the eye test around the 1987-88 timeframe he'd do very well against any ATG heavyweight, even though he didn't beat any great level of competition but also had the out of the ring issues, so that plays into it too I guess.
