I think Loma vs Teo II could play out similar to Fury Vs Wilder II

Hear me out and this may sound a little far fetched and not like for like but......

Loma like Fury now knows without a doubt the judges will not be on his side.
I think they both realize that they need to take the judges out the equation.

Fury and Loma did without a doubt hurt Wilder and Teo.

Loma had much more effect walking Teo down rather than trying to be pretty.
Loma at times looked damn good when he was being aggressive.

Loma needs to sell out and abandon his defensive mind set.
Loma needs to risk getting KTFO to win
Fury accepted this and went for the glory.

Will Loma accept this if he's given another chance?

I think Loma can do it!!!!

I don’t see the comparison. The judges didn’t make Loma throw away six rounds. Loma gambled on Lopez tiring out in the later rounds, but unfortunately for Loma Lopez still did enough in the later rounds to secure the decision.

Even though Fury clowned around more than he should’ve in the first Wilder fight he didn’t throw away six whole rounds.

Fury had a strong argument for winning, since I could see giving Fury 7 rounds for the first Wilder fight while I can’t see giving Loma more than 4 rounds against Lopez.

I don't think Loma deserved to win at all, but he did find success when he was actually throwing punches.
He had a lot of success when he threw punches!!

He definitely did better than 109-119, thats just as bad as giving the fight to Loma 116-112, impossible.
No way Loma wins that fight even if he did enough to win.

Ward didn't really beat Kova in I and got the benefit
GGG didn't really beat Jacobs or Derevyanchenko and got the benefit

Maybe Loma was kind of thinking he was the homer and would get the close rounds
Turns out he was wrong and now he knows that!!!

I think it plays out like Ward/Kovalev II with Loma winning by dominant stoppage. Loma had some pretty dominant rounds where he seem to hurt lopez with a few shots but couldnt really unload a barrage to finish the job for reasons we now know.

The problem is Wilder didn't have moments in the second fight. Zero. Teo had moments in the rounds Loma won and took the 12th. He didn't allow to Loma to take over unchallenged.

Loma isn't mentally weak or skillfully incompetent as Wilder.

Loma literally just needs to start his offence earlier & hope Lopez can't improve on his late fight stamina and defence for the rematch.

It will be a good fight.

Loma has to risk it for a biscuit early when Lopez is most dangerous.

Wilder had moments, landed two clean right hands and he all he got from it was Fury's head spinning back round to stare deep down into his soul. No man in history could have stopped Fury on that night.

I see it being more Like Ward Kovalev two where Ward figured Kovalev out by the back end of their first fight. Ward felt Kovalev's power early and realized what he was dealing with I think that Loma did the same with Lopez.

I suppose Kova and Teo did appear to take their feet off the gas, but they may have just been figured out.

    I can see that too

Biggest difference between Loma vs Teo and Fury vs Wilder I is that Fury did have more success, but he also was hurt far worse too.

Fury was always the more active fighter, just in the 1st he was being pretty and in the 2nd he was going for the kill
Loma wasn't the more active fighter in the 1st, but when he was throwing punches he was the better man.

I don't have a dog in the race but I damn hope the rematch can be made ASAP, and I am intriuged.
Would be a shame if Loma gets aged out of it

I do think Fury always knew he would have to win wide to get the W, and he did that but still couldn't get the W.
A KO was his only option

Loma probably thought he was Arums pet and would get any favourable decision.
He clearly wont be thinking that now.
