Freitas was called out right after the Corrales fight together with Hamed and neither wanted the fight. You go search better about both fighters and you'll know about it, Vivian Harris?, what has Harris done anyway?, Floyd's main target in every division as you already noticed is the WBC title which Gatti held in that division and if Harris at least showed something on the undercard that night against Maussa then MAYBE a case would've been made that Floyd wanted no part of him, but when you're knocked out cold against someone in Maussa's level then you have no credibility whatsoever. Regarding Casamayor does an idiot like yourself even know that Freitas already beat him at the time and was the one to target, which Floyd already mentioned and couldn't get in the ring, then Corrales(who PBF beat) defeated both Freitas and Casamayor. The time when PBF made 140 Kostya was totally inactive, fighting only twice in 2 years, his first fight was a fight with Mitchell in a rematch that was demanded and then Hatton his IBF title mandatory.

I know for a fact Harris extended an offer to Mayweather when he heard that Mayweather was moving up to 140lbs. Mayweather declined an offer to fight for a championship right away so he could go after Gatti. That is a fact.

And it is also widely accepted that Gatti was, like Baldomir at 147, the weakest champion at 140lbs.

 

Margarito had no buzz before Bob Arum hyped him up ... he's still a product of media hype IMO ... and he will get exposed tomorrow night.
